I initially emailed the Mineral Stream customer service term prior to ordering the hydrogen water bottle to confirm the size/capacity, in which the team advised me that the bottle was 750ml. I was thrilled to find out how large this bottle was as I had only come across bottles in 420ml or 450ml in my search for a hydrogen water bottle, and decided it would be worth paying more for the size. Many other companies sold this bottle for a lot less but as they were smaller in size, I decided it would be worth paying the $91 instead of $30 (approx) due to the size. I made my decision to purchase from Mineral Stream based solely on the information provided to me by their customer service team. I placed my order at the start of December to ensure it would arrive to me in Brisbane before Christmas but received no follow up emails to let me know that my order had been shipped. I followed up my order with the customer service team twice a day for nearly 2 weeks and only received a response twice, which was only to let me know that the customer service team would try get an update from their warehouse team to see if my order had been shipped. After the 2 weeks I finally received an update directly from AusPost to let me know that my item had been shipped, but I never received an update from the customer service team. When my order finally did arrive, the delivery slip noted that the bottle was 420ml. I emailed the customer service (the same person I had been dealing with from the start - Angie) and she let me know that the bottle is in fact 420ml and not 750ml like she had initially told me. She apologised for giving me the incorrect information but she did not offer me a free return or any credit for the inconvenience. I requested a refund and she sent me their postal address. As this was their mistake, I believe this should be their issue to fix. As the item arrived a couple of days before Christmas and we were going away for Christmas (I purchased the water bottle as a gift for my fiancé), I did not have time to order a new hydrogen bottle from anywhere else so I had to give this bottle to my partner. It is pathetic that I have to ask for the gift back from my partner so that I can return it and get him the same size bottle from another store, and I will use the extra $50 I spent for another gift for him. Hopefully I can still return this item by the time I get back from my trip! If I had known this bottle would be the same size as the other stores bottles, I would have got the $30 one from Big W or Amazon instead of paying $91 for this, they are all exactly the same. I have even compared the photos and 100% believe the bottles are all from the same suppliers in China, Mineral Streams just marked this up. I will never buy from Mineral Stream again and hope everyone reading this considers not buying from them. Terrible service, extremely disappointed.
My order of a new shower head system arrived broken. I contacted customer service via email. They said they would send a new one to replace and I'd have the new tracking in 2 days. That was a month ago. I've tried calling customer service phone line. It doesn't work. I've emailed the customer service asking a status and they said they are waiting for shipping to send a tracking number. This was a week ago. At this point I think my money has been lost. There goes dreams of the Luxe 9 showerhead down the drain, using my old shower head to do it. Customer Service rep. Angie did the best they could to get it replaced im sure. But I fear I'm never getting it so lesson learned.
Shower head is massive, looks so out of place and takes a good 15-20cm of height out from under the head, which is a problem being 6ft. Also because it’s so big its inner volume takes away so much of our water pressure, it’s trickling out.
Shower head is good but the mount is horible
I received a replacement shower head because the first one I purchased got rusted. This company sent me a new one and the same thing happened only it happened in a shorter amount of time...within a month it was rusted again and I threw it in the garbage because it is a waste of money and they advertise that this helps with your skin and your health of your hair but yet there's rust forming on the shower head itself. Made of cheap plastic and not stainless steel or rust proof metal. Do not purchase. Save your money and buy a better quality item.
Buyer beware, especially if buying this item in the EU. You must PAY for shipping to return it to the UK as they do not accept returns in the Netherlands. I bought the full shower kit. There is a piece of plastic that is FIXED inside of end of the cheap hose that is supposed to be attached to your water source. Customer service ignored my requests for help until I asked for a refund. Cheap crap mass produced in China.

This showerhead is so amazing! I want everyone to have one! I've been recommending it, and letting everyone know! I saw that someone called it 'cheap plastic.' The cheap part is a lie! It's actually quality products and came with refills! I love both the crystal showerhead and mineral one!!

Thank you for sending me my new shower head. I can feel the difference on my hair and skin as soon as I used it. I appreciate the replacement ALOT, I was going nuts for the new one …. It’s very important to change these every 3-4 months !!!!
I was a little reluctant at first to buy this for my RV kitchen sink, I figured the videos had to be doctored. But it was delivered. I installed in within 10 mins, I also installed the 5" extender because I have a deep sink and water always sprays everywhere. The product was very well made, all the connectors were made of brass or metal, and the sprayer itself was heavy, not some cheap piece of plastic. I turned it on, and was amazed at the water pressure I was getting, plus having the 3 settings was a huge bonus! Dont waste your time with the look a likes, or off brands, stick with this one and you wont be sorry!
Nice way to extend water reach. Got it for my travel trailer and love it. Three different spray settings work great and are very useful, each in its own way. Rinsing is much more thorough and faster than the stock head I replaced with this. Very happy!
We have been struggling to find a hair catcher for our bathtub drain for a long time! Finally came across this and thought we might as well give it a try. I tested it with the water turned on, it seemed to work really well! I will have to try it out tomorrow when I take a shower and see how well it catches hair but it works great for draining water through and now sits nicer on our tub!
I bought this because my kitchen sink was barely dribbling. Wow, what a difference! I can’t even turn the faucet all the way up or I will drench my whole kitchen. I put the extension on my tub sink because it doesn’t have a hose - problem solved! Excellent quality. Great value for the price. Highly recommend.
We all know a clean sink is the first thing on a tidying list, so this tap head was given much respect at our household when it managed to assist hugely in this mission, plus reduce water expenditure at the same time. this tap head was fairly easy to install- though did need some elbow grease.
It has 3 modes- which is very useful, and it swivels around so every corner of my sink is clean. mind I don't have an enormous sink so check the measurements before you buy- the description is very useful and detailed. note that the hose part is a bit stiff but fear not- it swivels just the same. I received nothing for this review -just writing to share my experience.
This is the second time that I had a kitchen faucet with a sprayer on the side where the sprayer broke! I wanted to find a different option than purchasing another faucet set. This is exactly what I was looking for! It's extremely easy to install.
It took me about 5 minutes. As all of the other reviewers have said, the water pressure is really strong which is a plus! I love the sprayer itself! It has a wide range of motion so I can reach the very top of the sink when rinsing it out.
I also like the different spray settings. I have a satin nickel faucet and would have preferred to have one that matched but this one works so well that I just don't care! I will never buy another kitchen faucet with a sprayer. I'm sticking with this one from now on!
Well made, works very well, well written color glossy instructions. It also came with an aerator on the flex extension so it can be used alone while the sprayer can be used elsewhere, two for one value!
